Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about ordering, pickup in Tustin, OC delivery, allergens, and lead times.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. We offer local delivery within a 5 km radius of our kitchen in Tustin, CA. Delivery windows are shown at checkout or confirmed by message after you order.
How is the delivery fee calculated within 5 km?
A small local delivery fee applies and is shown at checkout based on your address. For large/bulk orders we may waive or reduce it – ask us!
I’m outside the 5 km radius - can I still order?
Yes. We’ll ship your order and you’ll pay the actual carrier shipping cost (whatever the carrier charges). We don’t mark up shipping.
How do you calculate shipping outside 5 km?
Rates come directly from the carrier (weight, box size, destination, and speed). You’ll see the exact amount at checkout or on a quick invoice/quote we send you.
Which areas do you deliver to locally?
Addresses within ~5 km of our Tustin kitchen – parts of Tustin, Irvine, Santa Ana, and Orange. Enter your address at checkout to confirm eligibility.
Can I do local pickup instead of delivery or shipping?
Absolutely. Pickup in Tustin is available. Choose a pickup window at checkout; we’ll share exact pickup details in your order confirmation.
What are your delivery/pickup windows?
Typical windows are Mon–Sat, 10:00–18:00. For specific times, add a note at checkout—we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Sometimes within 5 km, depending on current bakes and availability. Message us before ordering; we’ll try our best.
How soon will you ship orders outside 5 km?
We align shipping with fresh bake schedules. Most ready items ship in 1–2 business days; custom items need 48–72 hours. You’ll receive tracking once shipped.
Are all items eligible for shipping?
Most dry or sturdy items ship well (e.g., Ratlami Sev, loaves, energy bites). Fragile or highly perishable items may be local pickup/delivery only. If an item isn’t shippable, we’ll mark it on the product page.
How do you pack shipped orders?
We use freshness-first packaging and, in warm weather, insulation as needed. We aim for your treats to arrive in great shape.
Who pays for shipping materials or warm-weather packs?
All carrier charges (whatever they are) are paid by the customer; any special insulation for heat-sensitive shipments may be added at cost and shown before you pay.
What if the carrier delays my package?
Once handed to the carrier, transit is out of our control. We’ll help with claims where possible, but we can’t guarantee carrier timelines. For time-critical events, choose local pickup/delivery if you’re within 5 km.
What’s your refund/return policy?
Food items aren’t returnable once delivered or shipped. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order number – we’ll make it right.
Do you offer eggless or special-diet options?
Yes, many items are eggless or can be made eggless. We also offer less-sugar variants in some cases. Note: we bake in a shared kitchen (wheat, dairy, nuts, soy); cross-contact is possible.
How should I store my order?
See each product page, but as a guide:
Savory snacks: airtight, cool/dry; best in 10–14 days.
Muffins/cupcakes: 2–3 days room temp; refrigerate to extend.
Loaves/cakes: 3–7 days well wrapped.
Energy bites: refrigerate; 7–10 days.
Can you customize spice/sweetness levels?
Often yes, especially for bulk or custom orders. Add your request at checkout or message us.
Do you do gift boxes and corporate orders?
Yes, gift notes, branded sleeves, and bulk delivery (multi-address) are available. Inside 5 km we deliver; outside 5 km we can ship (customer pays actual shipping).
Is there a minimum order for delivery or shipping?Toggle Title
No strict minimum, but larger orders are more cost-efficient for shipping. For small orders outside 5 km, consider pickup if you’ll be nearby.
How far in advance should I order for events?
For custom trays/branding: 5–7 days. For standard items: 48–72 hours is ideal. If you’re within 5 km and in a rush, message us, we’ll try to help.
